Requisitos pessoais:

  • Excelentes qualidades pessoais

Requisitos técnicos:

  • Licenciatura em Direito concluída com média não inferior a 14 valores em Universidade de referência
  • Prática transacional em societário, M&A e/ou mercado de capitais (em sociedade de advogados ou in-house em empresa/investidor de referência)
  • Experiência até 4 anos pós-agregação
  • Português e Inglês (fator de exclusão)

Atributos valorizados positivamente:

  • Experiência em escritório internacional de referência
  • Experiência transacional noutras áreas (bancário/financeiro e/ou imobiliário) em projetos/transações internacionais de grande dimensão
  • Mestrado ou LLM relacionados com a área, em universidade de referência
  • Experiência no uso de ferramentas de legal tech
