Nuno Gundar da Cruz nominated coordinator of Morais Leitão’s Restructuring and Insolvency group

Nuno Gundar da Cruz, managing associate at Morais Leitão, has been nominated coordinator of the firm’s Restructuring and Insolvency practice group.

Nuno Gundar da Cruz joined the firm in 2006 and has taken on the responsibility “with an intense willingness” in order to guarantee the practice groups’ success.

Nuno Galvão Teles, managing partner at Morais Leitão refers that “it is no secret that the restructuring and insolvency team has paved its success in the legal market these last years, becoming an unrivalled reference”, while giving at the same time high praises to the new coordination of the practice group. The firm’s managing partner also emphasizes his satisfaction “in seeing the younger generation taking on new responsibilities within the firm and carrying on the values that distinguishes Morais Leitão”, not without also whishing all the best to Nuno Gundar da Cruz.

The firm’s board expressed its gratitude towards Filipe Lowndes Marques for “all the commitment, effort and dedication”. Filipe Lowndes Marques, partner at Morais Leitão and coordinator of the Banking and Finance practice group, was up until now the coordinator of the Restructuring and Insolvency group.
