António Pinto Leite was admitted as a member of the International Court of Arbitration of the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC). His duties in this position start this July.
The lawyer and arbitrator, who coordinates the litigation department and arbitration in Morais Leitão, Galvão Teles, Soares da Silva (MLGTS), is the only representative of Portugal in this Organization, replacing José Miguel Júdice.
António Pinto Leite is the third founding partner of MLGTS to work in the International Court of Arbitration. The position was previously played by João Morais Leitão and Miguel Galvão Teles.
