António Queiroz Martins and João Fitas are taking part in the 2026 APEMIP Convention, at the Estoril Congress Center, this Tuesday, 30 June.
Both lawyers are delivering the keynote for the panel "New tax package & Rental market: the business opportunity for real estate mediation!", where they address the tax incentive measures for the rental market and what these mean for real estate agents. The panel also features economist Vera Gouveia Barros, Ricardo Guimarães, Director of Confidencial Imobiliário, and Paulo Caiado, Vice-President of APEMIP, and is moderated by journalist José Gabriel Quaresma of CNN Portugal.
The event, organised by the Portuguese Association of Real Estate Professionals and Companies, brings together real estate professionals to discuss the main challenges and opportunities in the market, covering topics ranging from economics and public policy to taxation and rental regulation.
The convention also welcomes the Minister of Housing and Infrastructure, Miguel Pinto Luz, and a broad line-up of national and international speakers, including economists, top consultants and artificial intelligence specialists.
