Bernardo Azevedo and Jorge Pação take part in the conference “The Right to the Beach”

Bernardo Azevedo and Jorge Pação will participate, on September 16, in a conference on the right to the beach, which will take place at the Faculty of Law of the University of Lisbon.

The initiative, promoted by the Lisbon Public Law Research Centre, aims to discuss the right of access to and public use of beaches and its potential conflict with the intention of creating private tourism clusters.

The debate session will also feature João Miranda, Professor at the Faculty of Law of the University of Lisbon, and will be moderated by Carla Tomás, Journalist at Expresso.
