Claudia Santos Cruz will be speaking at the International Distribution Institute Conference 2023 ("IDI"), taking place between 9 and 10 June 2023 in Bologna, Italy.

The conference focuses on "Restrictions on the Freedom of Contract, to what extent can you trust that your distribution or franchise contract will not be reinterpreted or rebalanced by Courts" and will be attended by several expert speakers from both law firms and international corporate groups.
