David Silva Ramalho takes part in course on crypto-assets in criminal investigations

David Silva Ramalho, managing associate and member of the criminal, regulatory offence and compliance team, will speak at the Postgraduate Course on Crypto-assets in Criminal Investigations at the Faculty of Law of the University of Buenos Aires. The session will take place online on 19 November 2025.

His presentation, entitled “Defensa en juicio, casos prácticos, perspectiva del abogado defensor”, will examine the main defence challenges and strategies in criminal proceedings involving crypto-assets, combining theoretical analysis with practical insights.
