Filipe Galvão Teles will speak at ICC YAAF event on arbitration in the energy sector

Filipe Galvão Teles, principal associate at Morais Leitão, will speak at the event ‘ICC YAAF: Energy Crossroads – Iberian and Mexican Perspectives in Arbitration’, to be held in Madrid at the offices of Broseta Abogados, on 5 May.

Organised by the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC) through its Young Arbitration & ADR Forum (YAAF), the event will bring together leading professionals from Portugal, Spain and Mexico to discuss the main challenges and opportunities facing arbitration in the energy sector. The panel will explore how regulatory frameworks, industry trends and procedural approaches shape energy litigation on both sides of the Atlantic.

In addition to Filipe Galvão Teles, the panel will feature Hugo Hernández (GT – Greenberg Traurig and ICC YAAF representative in Mexico) and Belén Alandete (Broseta), moderated by Inés Puig-Samper Naranjo (Gómez-Acebo & Pombo).

The session will be conducted in Spanish and will include a networking opportunity after the debate.
