Francisco Mendes da Silva takes part in seminar on the new General Regime for Public Administration Fees

Francisco Mendes da Silva, partner at Morais Leitão, will take part in the online seminar “The New General Regime for Public Administration Fees”, organised by Católica Tax at the Católica Global School of Law, on 29 September.

The session, taking place from 5:00 p.m. to 6:30 p.m., will focus on the new legal framework applicable to Public Administration fees and the main issues arising from the regime.

Francisco Mendes da Silva will join the discussion alongside Sérgio Vasques, from Católica Tax and organiser of the session, Carla Castelo Trindade, also from Católica Tax, Nuno Oliveira Garcia, from Gómez-Acebo & Pombo, and Tânia Meireles da Cunha, President of the Southern Central Administrative Court.

The online seminar will bring together perspectives from academia, legal practice and Public Administration.
