Yesterday IFLR revealed the shortlists of teams and deals for the “IFLR European Awards 2014”. The EDP’s securitisation advised by MLGTS is nominated for deal of the year in structured finance and securitisation.
The results will be made known during the award ceremony on 3 April 2014 in London.
This deal, concluded in May 2013, was coordinated by partner Nuno Galvão Teles and by senior associate Ricardo Andrade Amaro.
