Next Thursday, 18 December, at 2:30 pm, João Matos Viana will participate as a speaker in the 7th Seminar on Recent Constitutional Case Law, organised by the Association of Advisers to the Constitutional Court (AATRIC).
His presentation will focus on the sanctioning regime applicable to the possession of drugs for personal use, with particular emphasis on Constitutional Court Ruling No. 347/2025, recently handed down.
The Seminar will take place in the auditorium of the Constitutional Court and is intended for Justices of the Constitutional Court, Deputy Prosecutors General, Advisers, other members of the Constitutional Court and members of AATRIC. The event will also be streamed via Zoom for external participants, subject to prior registration by 17 December, by email to aatric@gmail.com
