Jorge Pação moderates roundtable at the 2nd Seminar “Transformations in the General Theory of Administrative Law”

Jorge Pação, counsel at Morais Leitão in the Administrative and Public Law practice, will take part in the 2nd Seminar “Transformations in the General Theory of Administrative Law”, taking place on 20 October at the Faculty of Law of the University of Lisbon (FDUL).

The Morais Leitão lawyer will moderate the roundtable “Transformations in administrative legal doctrine: risk, information and participation”, scheduled for 4:00 p.m. The session will feature Laura Melo, Crístia Barbosa, Thaís Freire, Júnia Gouveia, Marina Moretzsohn and Maria Luiza Melo, all from the Federal University of Minas Gerais (UFMG).

The seminar is the result of a partnership between the Faculty of Law of the University of Lisbon and the Faculty of Law of the Federal University of Minas Gerais, bringing together researchers from both institutions to discuss some of the main contemporary transformations in Administrative Law.

Throughout the day, the programme will include three panels devoted to new legal doctrine, structure and principles, revisiting forms of administrative action, and information and digitalisation, culminating in the roundtable moderated by Jorge Pação. The event begins at 9:00 a.m. in Auditorium 6 at FDUL.
