Jorge Pação participates in course on the 2026 Revision of the Public Contracts Code

Jorge Pação, counsel in the Administrative and Public Law practice, will participate in the Specialisation Course on the 2026 Revision of the Public Contracts Code, organised by the Institute of Legal and Political Sciences of the Faculty of Law of the University of Lisbon, on 25 September.

His session will focus on “Evaluation of tenders and award criteria: phased evaluation of tenders, exclusion of tenders with low scores and award of tenders with negative scores.”

The course brings together public procurement specialists to analyse the main changes introduced by the revision of the Public Contracts Code, covering topics such as the criteria for choosing procedures, the analysis and evaluation of tenders, the post-award phase, contract performance and sustainability in public procurement.
