José Azevedo Moreira teaches on the 24th Postgraduate Course in Public Regulation and Competition

José Azevedo Moreira, managing associate at Morais Leitão, participated as a speaker in the 24th Postgraduate Course in Public Regulation and Competition, organised by CEDIPRE – the Centre for Studies in Public Law and Regulation of the Faculty of Law of the University of Coimbra.

His session, held on 11 November, focused on the topic “Public shaping of private legal relationships” and formed part of the module “Regulatory Instruments and Powers”.

This postgraduate programme brings together several specialists to address the main challenges in public regulation and competition, strengthening the connection between legal practice and academic research.
