Lawyers from Morais Leitão, Galvão Teles, Soares da Silva in Conference on Contributory Code of social security

Morais Leitão, Galvão Teles, Soares da Silva in alliance with the Madeira Chamber of Commerce and Industry (MCCI) organised a conference on the"contributory code of social security", which took place on December 14, 2010, in the rectory’s auditorium of Madeira’s University.

Lawyers from Morais Leitão, Galvão Teles, Soares da Silva, who participated as speakers in the conference were Helena Tapp Barroso, Pedro Pardal Goulão, Isabel Valente Dias, members of the labour and social security team and Manuel Freitas Pita, Cátia Fernandes, Sara Taipa Teixeira, members of the firm’s tax team.
Manuel Freitas Pita, senior associate with Morais Leitão, Galvão Teles, Soares da Silva and resident lawyer in charge of the firm’s Madeira office, is the president of the APCINM - Association of Professionals of the International Business Centre of Madeira for the period 2009-2011.

Upon entry into force on 1 January 2011, the Contributory Code of social security will be a pioneer project that unites in a unique document all social security rules.
