Leonor Martins Machado, Managing Associate at Morais Leitão, participated in the European Class Actions Forum, now in its 3rd annual edition, an event organised by ThoughtLeaders4 dedicated to class actions in Europe.
The Lawyer took part in the panel "Discussing Practicalities of Defending Against EU Class Action Claims", which addressed defence practices in collective actions across Europe. The topics under discussion included understanding liability in each EU jurisdiction, strategies for challenging claims and coordinating with defence partners in other countries.
