Leonor Martins Machado speaks at the EU Competition Law Private Enforcement Forum 2025

Leonor Martins Machado, managing associate in the Litigation and Arbitration team at Morais Leitão, will be a speaker at the second edition of the EU Competition Law Private Enforcement Forum 2025, taking place on 4 November in Amsterdam.

She will join the panel “Unpacking Developments in Damages Valuations Through Europe”, which will explore the latest trends in damages actions for competition law infringements, focusing on the implementation of the EU Directive on representative actions and the practical challenges of collective redress across different jurisdictions.
