Luís Nascimento Ferreira participates in the International Conference on Competition Law and Policy

Luís Nascimento Ferreira, partner at Morais Leitão, will be speaking at the International Conference on Competition Law and Policy 2025, which will take place on 15 July at ISEG – Lisbon School of Economics & Management. He will be participating in Panel 2 – “Competition Law and Litigation (PT)”, which will address the main challenges in competition law litigation, with a focus on emerging trends in private enforcement, national and European enforcement mechanisms, and jurisprudential developments.

The conference will explore the most pressing topics in contemporary competition law, economics and policy, including key legal and economic issues currently being discussed in national and European courts, merger control, and private enforcement in competition law.

The event will bring together public decision-makers, academics and legal professionals, promoting a comprehensive reflection on the application and evolution of competition policy in Portugal and across the European Union.
