Morais Leitão and Sofia Vaz Sampaio shortlisted for the Benchmark Litigation Europe Awards 2025

Morais Leitão has once again been recognised by the international publication Benchmark Litigation, having been shortlisted for the Portugal Firm of the Year award at the 2025 edition of the Benchmark Litigation Europe Awards.

Individually, Sofia Vaz Sampaio has been nominated for Western Europe Litigator of the Year, and is the only Portuguese lawyer among the finalists in this category, which honours the most prominent litigation professionals in Western Europe.

This recognition reinforces the consistent quality of the firm’s work in dispute resolution, based on rigorous market analysis, client feedback and peer interviews.

The winners will be announced on 17 September, at a ceremony at The Waldorf Hilton, in London.
