Morais Leitão will host, at its Lisbon office, on 13 February 2026, the seminar “Morais Leitão & Houthoff Class Action Survey Update”, dedicated to the analysis of the latest trends and developments in class actions, with a direct impact on corporate risk management.
The event, exclusively aimed at companies, is based on a study developed by Houthoff in partnership with 11 leading international law firms, analysing the evolution of class actions across 12 jurisdictions, including Portugal, the United Kingdom, Germany, Italy, the United States and the Netherlands.
Aimed at legal counsels, board members of large corporations and defence lawyers, the seminar promotes a practical and comparative approach to risks, trends and defence strategies, including jurisdiction-specific sessions and a final networking moment.
The event is designed to take place in person, prioritising engagement and networking, and is exclusively open to companies. However, those unable to travel to Lisbon may request support for remote participation via events@mlgts.pt.
