Morais Leitão lawyers are participating in the 5th Advanced Course on the Prevention and Combating of Corruption in Public Administration.

From 15 to 30 June, the Institute of Legal and Political Sciences of the Lisbon School of Law (ICJP/FDUL) will host the 5th Advanced Course on the Prevention and Combating of Corruption in Public Administration.

On 25 June, Nuno Igreja Matos will speak at the 15th session on 'The importance of whistleblower protection under the new Whistleblower Protection Framework'.

On 30 June, João Matos Viana will speak at the 19th session on 'Criminal liability of holders of senior public offices and public officials'. Also on 30 June, Rui Patrício will deliver the final session, which is dedicated to 'The criminalisation of undue, unjustified or illicit enrichment: future perspectives'.

The course will take place online via Zoom under the scientific coordination of Pedro Moniz Lopes, Tiago Fidalgo de Freitas, Pedro Delgado Alves and Mariana Melo Egídio.
