Morais Leitão will take part in the ELITE Workshop – Funding Solutions for Sustainable Growth, promoted by Euronext, taking place on 8 July at Lux Lisboa Park, in Lisbon. The event brings together decision-makers from ELITE companies, investors, consultants, and European institutional representatives to explore sustainable funding solutions for growing businesses.

Eduardo Paulino, partner at Morais Leitão, will be one of the speakers on the panel “M&A Best Practices and Key Learnings”, scheduled for 11:45 AM, alongside Pedro Pinheiro, partner at Oaklins Portugal. The session aims to share best practices and lessons learned in the context of mergers and acquisitions, with a focus on strategies that enhance long-term value and sustainability.
