Morais Leitão is taking part in the Portugal Real Estate Summit 2026, which takes place on 14 and 15 September at the Hotel Palácio Estoril and celebrates its 10th edition this year. The event brings together investors, developers and other real estate professionals to discuss the main trends and investment opportunities in Portugal.
As part of the programme, Rui Ribeiro Lima, partner at Morais Leitão, will lead the session “The New Licensing Regime: What’s new?”, focusing on the latest developments in the licensing regime and their impact on the real estate sector. The session is part of the breakout sessions scheduled over the two-day event.
Morais Leitão is also represented at the summit by João Torroaes Valente, Elmano Sousa Costa, João Fitas and Diogo Mafra, who will take part in the discussions and other moments throughout the programme.
The Portugal Real Estate Summit features a programme focused on topics including housing, hospitality, digital infrastructure, real estate investment, and new policies and incentives for the sector.
