Nuno Gundar da Cruz, partner at Morais Leitão, will participate in the Insolvency and Recovery Congress, organized by APDIR – Portuguese Association of Insolvency and Recovery Law, which will take place on October 9, 2025, at the Epic Sana Marquês Hotel in Lisbon. The event will be dedicated to the theme “Insolvency in the Lusophone World: Opportunity and Community.”
The Morais Leitão partner will moderate the panel “Angola — New Regime and NPL”, which will analyze recent legal reforms and the challenges related to non-performing loans (NPLs).
