Paulo Rendeiro, partner at Morais Leitão, will participate in the 1st Sports Law Congress, organised by the National Council of Law Students in partnership with Berlin Sports Law. The event takes place on 19 and 20 May at Universidade Lusófona – Centro Universitário de Lisboa.
Paulo Rendeiro will speak on the second day of the congress, on 20 May, in a panel dedicated to "The Role of Agents: Negotiations and Transfers", scheduled for 14h30.
The congress brings together national and international sports law specialists over two days, covering topics such as broadcasting rights, the FIFA transfer system, the recovery of distressed sports corporations, and the sanctioning framework applicable in the sector, among others.
