Pedro Costa Gonçalves and José Azevedo Moreira participate on 26 May 2026 in the conference "Simpler, More Innovative, More Strategic: Public Procurement as a Pillar of Good Governance", organised by CEDIPRE.

The event brings together academics, lawyers, and representatives of public entities to discuss amendments to the legal framework governing public procurement, with a particular focus on the formation and performance of public contracts.

José Azevedo Moreira speaks in the second panel with a presentation on "Impediments and Their Relevance". Pedro Costa Gonçalves moderates the panel on amendments to the public contract performance regime.
