Pedro Costa Gonçalves and Rui Oliveira Neves take part in Luso-Brazilian meeting on Energy Law

Pedro Costa Gonçalves and Rui de Oliveira Neves will take part in the 1st Luso-Brazilian Meeting on Energy Law, dedicated to the theme “Consolidating the Discipline in Times of Transition”, taking place on 3 September at the Auditorium of the Faculty of Law of the University of Lisbon.

The meeting brings together Portuguese and Brazilian experts to discuss some of the main legal and regulatory challenges facing the energy sector, in a context shaped by the energy transition and the evolution of markets and infrastructure.

Pedro Costa Gonçalves will participate in the panel “Foundations and Principles of Energy Law”, alongside Alexandre Aragão, from the State University of Rio de Janeiro. The session will be moderated by Francisco Paes Marques, from Lisbon Public Law and the Faculty of Law of the University of Lisbon.

Rui Oliveira Neves will join the panel “Energy Infrastructure, Energy Security and the Future of Regulation”, alongside Vládia Viana and João Marques Mendes, with moderation by Alice Khouri, from Lisbon Public Law and the Faculty of Law of the University of Lisbon.
