Ricardo Seabra Moura taught, on 7 February, the module “Tax Liability of Directors”, as part of the 24th Postgraduate Programme in Corporate Law at the Faculty of Law of the University of Coimbra. The programme is promoted by IDET – the Institute for Corporate and Labour Law and is being held online from 7 February to 11 April 2026.
The Morais Leitão tax lawyer, acting as the lecturer responsible for this module, addressed from a practical perspective the potential tax liability that may arise for directors in the context of business activity.
