Tiago da Costa Andrade joins the Extradition Hub project, a database of case law and other relevant materials on extradition and the European Arrest Warrant, organised in a simple and intuitive way by reference to jurisdictions and the legal issues involved.
This tool is intended for use by lawyers, researchers, institutions and any other stakeholders interested in international judicial cooperation in criminal matters.
In addition, the Extradition Hub, which is still at an early stage of development, also operates as a network of lawyers from different countries working in this field.
The project is led and managed by Guido Stampanoni Bassi, an Italian lawyer and founder and director of the well-known specialist publication Giurisprudenza Penale.
