Vera Esteves Cardoso and Mafalda Santos Cordeiro teach class on the III Postgraduate Course in Fintech

Vera Esteves Cardoso and Mafalda Santos Cordeiro will teach, next Thursday, a class on the III Postgraduate Course in Fintech, dedicated to the topic “Issuance, offers and marketing of crypto-assets under MiCA”.

Integrated into Module III – The Crypto-Assets Market, the session will focus on the legal framework applicable to the issuance and public offering of crypto-assets, as well as the rules governing their marketing, in light of the Markets in Crypto-Assets Regulation (MiCA).

In a context where the digital transformation of the financial sector continues to accelerate, the postgraduate course is founded on the premise that an understanding of new business models, emerging technologies and the applicable regulatory framework is now essential for professionals operating in this field.

The III Postgraduate Course in Fintech began on 8 January and runs until 9 July, by videoconference, bringing together academic, regulatory and professional experts for an in-depth analysis of the key legal and regulatory issues associated with financial innovation.
