Constança Carrington, partner at Morais Leitão, is the author of the chapter "Brief Notes on the Company Secretary", featured in the collective work Crónicas de Direito Comercial e Societário – Between the Past, the Present and the Future, edited by Tomás Carvalho Guerra and Joana Torres Ereio and published by Almedina.
