Carlos Botelho Moniz and Rita Ferreira Lopes take part in the collective work “Essays on Competition Law and Policy – Navigating the Market in the 21st Century”, published by Grupo Almedina. Carlos Botelho Moniz authored the essay “The Limits of the European Commission’s Jurisdiction under Article 22 of the Merger Regulation: the Court of Justice’s Ruling in ‘Illumina/Grail’”.

Rita Ferreira Gomes is the author of “The Invisible Hand of the Algorithm: Tacit Collusion, Pricing Algorithms and the Challenge of Accountability under the Current Article 101 TFEU”.
