Restrictions on the Right to Strike: International Law and National Laws in Europe

Isabel Valente Dias, senior lawyer in the employment, social security and immigration team, is the co-author of the article “Restrictions on the Right to Strike in Portugal”, written in collaboration with Professor Dr José João Abrantes, the current President of the Portuguese Constitutional Court.

The article is part of the collective work “Restrictions on the Right to Strike: International Law and National Laws in Europe”, recently published by Wolters Kluwer. This international publication provides an in-depth analysis of the restrictions on the right to strike at both international and national levels, exploring different legal approaches across Europe.
