Beatriz Garcês Ferreira joined the Firm in July 2026. She is a member of the tax department.
Beatriz practices in several areas of tax law, both in domestic and international taxation, namely with questions related with the application of the double tax treaties, European tax law and international tax law, related with foreign investment in Portugal.
Simultaneously, Beatriz has worked in the field of tax litigation, having experience both in administrative and judicial procedures with a wide range of matters, with particular focus on personal income tax issues.
She also provides assistance to high net worth individuals, regarding particular tax regimes such as the NHR, including supporting the structuring of assets and private wealth.
Education
Double degree in Management and Law (Católica Porto School of Law and Católica Porto Business School, 2023). Postgraduate course in Real Estate Law (Católica Porto School of Law, 2024). LL.M. in International Tax Law (WU - Institute for Austrian and International Tax Law, 2026).
