Bruna do Carmo Bernardino joined the Firm in September 2021. She is a member of the corporate and M&A team.
Her experience has been particularly focused on advising on acquisition, sale and corporate restructuring processes, particularly in the Life Sciences and Energy sectors, and on the ongoing support of several pharmaceutical and biopharmaceutical companies, as well as companies in the technology and medical devices sectors (both local entities and Portuguese branches and subsidiaries of international groups), in corporate and commercial law matters.
She has been involved in complex corporate restructuring processes and business unit transfer transactions, frequently integrating multijurisdictional legal teams in cross-border M&A transactions.
Previously, Bruna attended internships at Novo Banco (2018) and Jerónimo Martins (2019). Bruna’s professional experience also includes internships at Morais Leitão, Galvão Teles, Soares da Silva & Associados (2020) and Gama Glória (2020).
Education
Law Degree (Católica Lisbon School of Law, 2021). Communication Sciences Degree (Nova University of Lisbon – School of Social Sciences and Humanities, 2017).
