Inês Almendra joined the Firm in July 2023. She is a member of the corporate and M&A team, as well as Team Genesis.
Inês advises national and international clients in corporate law matters and M&A transactions.
Inês has also taken part in venture capital transactions, notably investment rounds, being experienced in advising both founders and investors.
Previously, she has worked at Gama Glória, where she completed the admission to the Portuguese Bar Association.
Education
Law Degree (Faculty of Law, University of Lisbon, 2017). Advanced post-graduated course in Commercial Litigation (Faculty of Law, University of Lisbon, 2017). LLM in International Business Law (University of Tilburg, The Netherlands, 2018). Attended the advanced post-graduated course in Corporate Finance (Faculty of Law, University of Lisbon, 2019).
