João Diogo has relevant experience in drafting and negotiating bilateral and syndicated loans, advising on corporate finance, sports finance, project finance, and real estate finance, representing both financial institutions and national and international companies. He regularly participates in the drafting and review of loan agreements, guarantees, and ancillary documentation.
João Diogo also provides regulatory advice in banking and finance matters, supporting credit institutions, investment funds, and fintech companies in complying with legal and supervisory obligations, as well as in analyzing organizational structures in light of applicable regulatory frameworks.
