He has experience in drafting and negotiating bilateral and syndicated financings, including corporate and project finance transactions at both national and international level. He is regularly involved in the preparation and review of financing agreements, security packages, and ancillary documentation.
Before joining the firm, he worked as a lawyer in Galp’s Legal Affairs Department, focusing on M&A, banking and finance matters, with particular emphasis on the renewable energy and Oil & Gas sectors.
