Luís Pereira Coutinho
Associate
Luís Pereira Coutinho joined the firm in September 2022. He is an associate in the litigation and arbitration department, specifically within the International arbitration team, as well as a member of the German Desk.
He practices mainly in the areas of international arbitration and commercial litigation, with a particular focus on complex, high-value disputes, namely post-M&A disputes and disputes in the energy sector.
He has relevant experience in international arbitrations, as well as in proceedings before Portuguese state courts, in sectors such as energy, telecommunications, sports, aviation and the public sector, including in the recognition and enforcement of foreign arbitral awards.
He is the author of publications on arbitration and civil law, both domestic and international.
