Mariana Carreto de Araújo joined the Firm in September 2020. She is a member of the corporate and M&A team.
Mariana provides regular legal advice to national and international clients mainly in the areas of commercial and corporate law and asset management, assisting management entities and funds in incorporation, restructuring, administration and regulatory matters, with a primary focus on alternative investment funds.
In addition, she also assists in non-performing loans transactions.
Previously, Mariana attended an internship at Morais Leitão, Galvão Teles, Soares da Silva & Associados (2019).
