Valéria Correia Ferreira joined the Firm in September 2026. She is a member of the corporate and M&A department.
Previously completed a short internship at Sérvulo & Associados, in the finance and governance department (2024). Prior to that, was part of the Corporate, M&A and Private Equity department at PLMJ, where also completed her traineeship (2024-2026).
Education
Law Degree (Faculty of Law of the University of Lisbon, 2024). Scientific Master's Degree in Commercial Law (Faculty of Law of the University of Lisbon, ongoing). Short course in Corporate Law and Governance (London School of Economics, 2023). Erasmus+ Programme (Pravni fakultet u Zagrebu, Faculty of Law, 2024). Postgraduate Diploma in Corporate & Governance (Research Centre for Private Law, 2025). Attending a Postgraduate Diploma in Corporate Law – Corporate Governance and Corporate Finance (Research Centre for Private Law, ongoing).
