Eduardo Brandão Rojas joined the firm in November 2025. He is a member of the corporate and M&A team.
Eduardo advises on complex cross-border transactions. His practice covers primary and secondary sales and acquisitions, as well as multinational joint ventures. He also has experience in providing legal advice to borrowers, banks and financial institutions in various cross-border financing transactions, with and without guarantees.
Before joining the firm, he worked at Mayer Brown in Mexico City in the M&A and Banking & Finance departments between 2018 and 2024.
Education
Law Degree (Instituto Tecnológico Autónomo de México – ITAM, 2020). MSc in Political Science, Global Politics (The London School of Economics and Political Science, 2025).
Languages
Portuguese, English and Spanish.
Memberships
Eduardo Brandão Rojas is preparing to join the Portuguese Bar Association. Qualified to practice law in Mexico (since 2022).
