Bernardo Fonseca joined the Firm in September 2026. He is a member of the corporate and M&A team as well as Team Genesis.
From 2017 to 2026, Bernardo Fonseca worked as a Solicitor in the departments of Real Estate and Corporate Lending of the firm Plataforma Legal, ACE – Law Firm.
His practice is mainly focused on assisting both national and international clients in corporate secretarial services, incorporation of companies, commercial registry, and notary matters in a variety of corporate operations.
