Gonçalo Fleming
Partner
Gonçalo Fleming joined the firm in 2006 and became a non-equity partner in 2018. He is a member of the corporate and M&A team and responsible for the management of the firm’s Porto office.
Gonçalo Fleming has extensive experience in advising domestic and international clients on restructuring, mergers, acquisitions and sales of companies, as well as in the ongoing monitoring of corporate and commercial matters.
He is also active in corporate real estate, advising on complex real estate transactions, including large-scale sale and leaseback operations involving food retail assets in Portugal.
From 2002 to 2005 he practised law at Osório de Castro, Verde Pinho, Vieira Peres, Lobo Xavier e Associados – Sociedade de Advogados. In 2004 he worked for the Municipality of Porto as deputy of the City Councillor in the areas of Education, Human Resources, Sports and Youth.
