Alice Otero Morgado joined the Firm in August 2018 and is a member of the litigation and arbitration department.
Her practice mainly focuses on the area of civil, commercial and corporate litigation, acting as counsel in legal proceedings in several sectors of activity, including the energy sector.

She has extensive experience in representing Portuguese and foreign clients in complex legal proceedings concerning breaches of contractual obligations or disturbances in the formation of will in civil and commercial contracts, contractual and non-contractual civil liability, and private enforcement for infringements of competition law.
Alice also advises and represents foreign clients in legal proceedings involving different jurisdictions, especially in proceedings for the recognition and enforcement of foreign judgements rendered by courts or arbitral tribunals and proceedings to secure payment of debts recognised in foreign judgments.
