Constança Ubach Chaves
Trainee
Constança Ubach Chaves joined the Firm in September 2026. She is a member of the corporate and M&A department.
Prior to joining the Firm, Constança completed an internship at Banco Comercial Português, within the Corporate Governance and Company Secretariat Office, where she subsequently joined the team as a legal counsel. Her work primarily focused on Corporate Law, particularly corporate governance, including matters relating to the Bank’s international subsidiaries, with exposure to Banking Regulatory Law and Securities Law.

Law Degree (Faculdade de Direito da Universidade NOVA, 2023). Erasmus + Programme (Università di Bologna, 2022). LLM European Law School – General Programme (Universiteit Maastricht, coursework completed).

Portuguese and English.
