Diana Ettner speaks at The European ESG Litigation Forum

Diana Ettner, Counsel at Morais Leitão, is participating in The European ESG Litigation Forum, organised by ThoughtLeaders4 – Disputes, taking place on 4 November.

She joins the panel “Discussing the Impact of Recent EU ESG Regulation in Different Countries”, which focuses on the effects of the Corporate Sustainability Due Diligence Directive (CS3D) on corporate responsibility. The session also compares regulatory approaches across various European jurisdictions and explores effective compliance strategies for internationally active companies.

Alongside Diana Ettner, the panel features Íñigo Cisneros Humaran (RocaJunyent), Jakob Tybus (Morrison Foerster), and Pauline Kuipers (Bird & Bird), offering a cross-border legal perspective on the evolving ESG framework.

The event brings together experts from across Europe to examine the shifting landscape of ESG litigation, against a backdrop of new EU regulations and increasing demands for corporate accountability.

The European ESG Litigation Forum is one of the leading European platforms dedicated to ESG-related disputes. It gathers legal professionals and international specialists to discuss the practical implications of emerging regulations, evolving litigation risks, and the best strategies to proactively manage and defend ESG-related legal matters in this fast-developing field.
