Duarte Santana Lopes joins the Executive Board of the Portuguese Observatory of Compliance and Regulation

Duarte Santana Lopes, partner at Morais Leitão, has joined the new Executive Board of the Portuguese Observatory of Compliance and Regulation (OPCR).
