Eduardo Maia Cadete and Vasco Xavier Mesquita take part in the Postgraduate Course in National Defence Law

Eduardo Maia Cadete and Vasco Xavier Mesquita are lecturers in the 9th Postgraduate Course in National Defence Law, organised by the Institute of Juridical-Political Sciences, the Institute of European Law and the National Defence Institute.

Eduardo Maia Cadete is responsible for the lecture “State Aid and Defence”, while Vasco Xavier Mesquita teaches “Access to Military Activity – Licensing for the Exercise of Trade and/or Industry in Military Goods and Technologies / Defence-Related Products”. Both lectures are part of the module “Defence – National Framework” and will take place on 6 January.
