Filipe Vaz Pinto, co-head of Morais Leitão Dispute Resolution team, is one of the editors of “International Arbitration in Portugal”, a book recently published by Wolters Kluwer.
This is the first international publication in English that provides a comprehensive insight into the legal regime and practice of international arbitration in Portugal.
Filipe Vaz Pinto is also the author of the second chapter entitled "The Portuguese Voluntary Arbitration Law: History and Overview".
The fourteenth chapter, dedicated to the theme "Challenge of Arbitral Awards", was the responsibility of António Sampaio Caramelo.
